UK Deliveries
Next Day Delivery Orders
All orders are sent via the Royal Mail's special delivery service and will arrive by 1pm the day after you have placed your order. Please be aware that next day deliveries must be ordered between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday. (Not including bank holidays).
Next Day Delivery charges are £4.95
If you have not received your order when expected please contact
info@tempoclothing.co.uk and we will update you on the status of your delivery.
Standard Delivery Orders
All orders are sent via the Royal Mail's recorded delivery service, using 1 st or 2 nd class post depending on the weight of the parcel. Please be aware that these deliveries can take up to 5 working days to process and deliver, and at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, this may be longer.
If your order has not been delivered 10 days after payment has been received, please contact info@tempoclothing.co.uk and we will update you on the status of your delivery.
The price of the postage and packing of your order will be calculated on check out automatically, and depends on the weight of the items. A list of the most commonly purchased items and their standard delivery charges can be found below – please be aware this is only a guide and delivery prices may vary depending on the value of the goods sent.
If you are buying more than 1 item please be aware that the delivery charge will relate to the heaviest item purchased.

Please be aware that due to the postage price of the items in the ‘high' weight bracket, they will automatically be upgraded to the next day delivery service and will arrive by 1pm the day following receipt of your order (providing your order is placed between 9am and 4pm on Monday to Thursday. If your order is placed outside of these times your parcel will arrive on the next available working day). IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL UK DELIVERIES:
Before placing your order, please note:
- All deliveries need to be signed for. Therefore, please make sure that the delivery address provided will have someone available to sign for your parcel.
- We suggest that you use a work place address as your delivery address if there will not be anyone available at your home address to sign, otherwise the parcel will be returned to the post office.
After your order has shipped:
- If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform info@tempoclothing.co.uk
- If you are not present to accept the delivery the Royal Mail will take the parcel back to your local depot. It is your responsibility to retrieve the parcel from there.
Deliveries Outside the UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK or for delivery to an address outside the UK, you will be charged a standard delivery charge of £14.95 for packages up to 1500g. In the unlikely event that your package exceeds this weight, we will contact you with a revised delivery charge before proceeding with your order.
Your international delivery will be sent via Royal Mail, using their ‘international signed for' service, so that you can rest assured that your delivery is in safe hands.
Please make sure that there is someone available at the delivery address provided to receive the delivery and to sign for the goods.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. |
