Loyalty Points

Whenever you purchase an item from tempoclothing.co.uk or from a tempo clothing store you will receive loyalty points on your tempo clothing account.

Each time you make a purchase on tempoclothing.co.uk you will receive 1% of the purchase amount back in loyalty points. When you have accumulated 500 points in your account they will be automatically converted into £5 credit on your account. This credit can be saved on your tempo clothing account and used against purchases when you decide!

Please be aware that these loyalty points are not redeemable for cash. If you use the credit from these points to purchase an item which is later refunded the credit will not be refunded as cash, but returned to your tempo clothing account as loyalty point credits.

When you return or exchange an item, your loyalty points will be adjusted accordingly.

tempo clothing ltd reserves all rights to refuse loyalty points to any customer, and takes all claims and instances of unfair and/or foul play seriously.
